After decades in business, two long-term Memphis businesses are liquidating their assets and both are turning to Morris Auction Group to hold on-site auctions.

MEMPHIS, TN – After decades in business, two long-term Memphis businesses are liquidating their assets and both are turning to Morris Auction Group to hold on-site auctions.

Morris Auction Group will auction the business assets of Holland Sign Company Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at 10:00 am. Located at 1565 Bartlett Road, this auction will feature large-scale trucks, tools, equipment and much more. The owners of Holland Sign Co will continue to sell and install signs as a broker.

The second auction, F. G. Whitt Tile and Marble, located at 324 South Hollywood Street, will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Their entire inventory and operating assets will be sold regardless of price.

“Both of the auctions highlight valued businesses, which have both decided to liquidate their assets after many years in business,” says G. A. Bryant, project manager and Director of Personal Property Sales with Morris Auction Group. “We expect the public to be very excited and motivated about the unique offerings from these businesses.”
