Gregory Stotts Graduates as Auctioneer
2009-09-15
MEMPHIS, TN – Gregory A. Stotts, Sales Associate for Morris Auction Group, recently
graduated from the North Georgia School of Auctioneering as an Auctioneer. Stotts is
now qualified to conduct auctions in the state of Tennessee as a licensed auctioneer. By
obtaining this certification, he gained a deeper knowledge of the benefits of using the
auction method of marketing real estate and can now better assist clients in bringing in
market value for their property.
In Tennessee, an auctioneer candidate must serve two years as an apprentice, which he
completed under Jeff Morris, of Morris Auction Group.
The Qualifying Course for Tennessee Auctioneers meets the requirements mandated by
the State of Tennessee for Auctioneers wishing to advance to an Auctioneer license, as
well as the requirements mandated for the Auction Firm/Gallery license, Non-Auctioneer
Firm license, and Non-Reciprocal Auctioneer license applicant.
