Morris Auction Group recently sold at auction 2.6 +/- acres of industrial-zoned
commercial property. The site previously owned and occupied by Advanced
Plumbing Co., Inc. is located on the south side of Interstate 40 at Whitten Road at
6993 Brightwood, offers an office, workshop and storage building.

“It is getting harder to sell commercial property in the current market.” said Jeff
Morris, President of Morris Auction Group. “The urgency created by the auction
flushed out all potential buyers and all parties seemed pleased with the result.”

The property sold for $385,000 to BICO Investments a division of Belz Enterprises
of Memphis, TN, who was represented by David Curran, Commercial Advisors. Jeff
Morris, Morris Auction Group was the selling agent for Advanced Plumbing Co.
